Studio Kitchenettes
At over 50–95 m², these garden-view studios combine a hotel-like suite with a kitchenette that includes a stovetop, fridge, oven or microwave, and kitchenware. Each unit also has cable TV, a wet bar or minibar, washing machine, private entrance, soundproof walls, and free toiletries. Ideal for short stays with convenience and privacy.
1 Bedroom Executive Residence
Spanning about 98 m², these fully furnished one-bedroom apartments come complete with a separate living room, full kitchen (stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, cookware), and bathroom with walk-in shower. They include in-room safes, washing machines, flat-screen TVs, and extensive utilities, all within a serviced, comfortable environment. Minimum stay: 30 days.
2 & 3 Bedroom Residences
Ideal for families or longer stays, these apartments range from ~140 m² (2‑bed) up to ~175–190 m² (3‑bed Executive). All offer full living rooms, fully equipped kitchens, multiple bathrooms (often with both walk-in showers and bathtubs), washing machines, dishwashers, minibars, in‑room safes, balconies or garden views, and soundproof walls. Some units include private saunas or spa tubs. On‑site services include housekeeping, utilities, and access to wellness facilities
